Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Mix Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
Combine Dry Ingredients
Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Then fold in rolled oats and 1 cup of chocolate chips.
Bake
Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.
Cool & Serve
Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
