Skillet Beef Stroganoff Tortellini in Creamy Sauce

  1. Boil tortellini in salted water until al dente.

  2. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Brown the Beef

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Add beef, season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Cook until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Sauté Vegetables

  1. In the same skillet, melt butter.

  2. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.

  3. Add mushrooms and cook until tender and slightly golden.

Step 4: Build the Stroganoff Sauce

  1. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.

  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard (if using), and Parmesan.

  3. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Step 5: Combine Tortellini & Beef

  1. Return cooked beef to the skillet.

  2. Stir in tortellini and sour cream, mixing until everything is coated in creamy sauce.

  3. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

Step 6: Serve & Garnish

  1. Plate the hot tortellini stroganoff.

  2. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
