Frosty Strawberry Pretzel Squares

  1. Make the crust: In a bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tablespoons sugar. Press firmly into a 9x13-inch pan. Chill to set.

  2. Prepare the filling: Beat softened cream cheese with 1 cup sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until fluffy and well combined. Spread evenly over the chilled crust.

  3. Add the topping: Spoon strawberry pie filling (or fresh strawberries) over the cream layer and spread evenly.

  4. Freeze: Cover and freeze for 4–6 hours, or until firm.

  5. Serve: Let sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
